Shipping Methods
Jazzy Cheesecakes now ships everywhere in the continental U.S.! Sorry Alaska and Hawaii, we’re afraid that the bears and sharks will get to your dessert before you do!
To maintain freshness and that signature Jazzyness, we usually take 2-3 days to process and prepare your order. Then we ship all of our orders Monday through Wednesday, using 2-day expedited shipping with UPS or FedEx. This schedule ensures you get the very best delectable desserts, at your door. With the same quality as if you came into the store.

Order Processing
-Allow 2-3 business days for processing
-Cheesecakes are freshly baked then frozen, when ordered to preserve freshness and preserve the Jazzyness (lol) of your order.
-Cheesecakes are sealed and placed in custom shippers to ensure quality during transport. Some garnishments and toppings are not added to cheesecakes to preserve shipping quality.
-Orders are shipped Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of each week, excluding holidays; therefore, your order must be placed at least three (3) business days in advance by 5pm. Saturday and Sunday deliveries are not available. Overnight air shipping is not available. Shipping time includes the day the order is placed.
-Express Shipping may be available for an additional fee. This does not change processing time.
EX- Order Placed Friday by 5pm EST will ship Tuesday of the following week.
-We are unable to ship to PO Boxes
-Once Shipped, orders will updated to complete and emails will be sent with tracking numbers
Incorrect Addresses
If an incorrect address is submitted, please contact us via email jazzycheesecakes@gmail.com within 48 hours. Please include name, order # and correct address. Once package has shipped we are unable to update the shipping address. Please contact the shipping provider for further assistance
Delivery
-We do recommend someone be at the delivery address to refrigerate/freeze the product upon receipt. If, however, for some reason you are unable to receive your package and/ or it is left out for a extended amount of time, we can not accept responsibility for quality of the product.
-We are not responsible for lost or stolen products
-Damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, Please email jazzycheesecakes@gmail.com with photos of the inside and outside of the box and product, Name, order number and address. A Jazzy team member will respond with further instructions.
-If you receive a incorrect order, we will send a replacement free of charge. Email us within 24 hours of receiving you order at jazzycheesecakes@gmail.com with your name, contact number, order number and pictures of what you received.
*Please Note: Some items may not be available for shipping, Examples may include but are not limited to Cupcakes, Cheesecake Cupcakes, and Cream
Cancellations
Cheesecake are baked to order by hand in our facility in Atlanta, GA because every order is custom we do not allow orders to be canceled once they are placed. No refunds or credits will be issued.
Refund Policy
We want every customer to enjoy our desserts as much as we do. It is our hope that any product picked up in our store, shipped to your doorstep or hand delivered by one of our amazing team members be pleasurable. At this time we do not offer refunds.
