1. When will my order Ship?

Orders ship within 2-3 business days Monday-Wednesday only, to ensure delivery before the weekend 

2. When was my order baked?

All orders are baked to order and frozen to preserve quality during shipping.

3. Do you offer Vegan, sugar-free or gluten-free?

We currently only ship sugar-free and gluten-free. We are currently perfecting Vegan to ship.

4. How long is my cheesecake good for?

Cheesecake are good frozen for 6 months from the order date. In refrigerator properly stored they are good for 3-5 days. 

5. My cheesecake arrived damaged. What should I do?

Within 24 hours of delivery email photos of the box and cheesecake to jazzycheesecakes@gmail.com, Include order number and name. 

6. Can you ship to a PO BOX?

No, our shipping partners require a valid physical address 

7 .Can I change the address for shipping?

Updates to a shipping address must be submitted within 6 hours of order placement 

8.What if I put an incorrect address?

If the cut off for address updates has passed, please contact the shipping partner for assistance.

10. Do you still have physical locations?

No, we closed all of our locations in 2023 & 2024

11. Should someone be home to place my cheesecake in the refrigerator/freezer one delivered?

Yes, we highly recommend Immediately refrigerating or freezing for cheesecake once received  

12. I have a nut allergy. Are your products Nut Free?

No, our facility is not Nut free
