Shipping Policy


All orders are shipped via FedEx 2day. Please remember these are estimates, and not guaranteed. We happily ship to 28 states, along the east coast. *Please expect possible delays for shipping due to COVID-19.

Current states

NC, SC, VA, GA, FL, AL, MS, LA, TN, PA, WV, KY, OH, IL, MI, NY, MD, CT, RI, DE, AR, NJ, DC, MO, MA, VT, ME, and NH.

Orders are shipped Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of each week, excluding holidays; therefore, your order must be placed at least three (3) business days in advance. Saturday and Sunday deliveries are not available. Overnight air shipping is not available. Delivery time is from point of order fulfillment, not order placement.

EX- Order Placed Friday will ship Wednesday of the following week.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes

Orders with incorrect addresses will not be refunded, please ensure the shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses.

We do recommend someone be at the delivery address to refrigerate the product upon receipt.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged product once it leaves our facility.

At Jazzy Cheesecakes, we take great pride in all of our products. We want all our customers to be happy with their purchases. Since all of our baked products are made from scratch by real people, sometimes mistakes can happen. If we caused a problem with your order, we will do all we can to fix it. Please contact us immediately to report any issues or errors.

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on any perishable items.
