What makes your dessert products different?
All of our products are made from scratch and we use only the best ingredients. Our products are never frozen and are made fresh daily.

How do I place an order?
You may place an order via our website; by calling us at 980-859-7859; or by visiting our bakery. Photographs may be e-mailed to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please allow a 24-48 hour response.
How far in advance do I need to place an order?
Due to high demand, it is not always possible to fulfill last minute requests. We suggest ordering at least 2 days in advance for regular menu dessert items. Custom orders should be ordered at least 1-2 weeks in advance of your event date. A non-refundable deposit is required for custom orders. Rush orders will require an additional fee.
Holiday orders can be placed as early as four (4) weeks in advance. Holiday orders must be paid in full and at the time the order is placed.
Am I limited to the cake designs on your website?
No, those photographs are examples of work we’ve done in the past. Please feel free to email over any designs you may find through other sites.
Can you match color(s)?
We do not guarantee exact color matches, but we work hard to create a color that closely resembles the colors you provide. Please understand that colors often look somewhat different when printed from an e-mailed photograph.
How can you obtain a quote for a custom cake?
You may send an email to email@example.com containing the following information (please feel free to copy this list into the email and write your answers next to each question):
What is your name and phone number?
What is the date and time you would need to pick-up the cake?
- What cake flavor(s) would you like?
(Note if there are multiple tiers please include the flavors for each tier)
- What filling(s) would you like?
(Note if there are multiple tiers please include the fillings for each tier)
- What frosting would you like?
- Attach the example picture of the cake you would like quoted
- Note any changes you would like made to the design of the cake using the attached picture as a reference.
- If the cake has fondant (smooth covering or 3D pieces on the cake), let us know if you want the fondant on your cake or prefer buttercream.
- How many people do you need to serve?
- If the cake would end up being smaller than what you have pictured based on your servings is that okay OR do you want the quote to be as close as possible to the picture regardless of your required serving sizes?
- Please allow 24-48 hours (excluding holidays) for a response.
*Please note we only use pictures as a reference and are not able to make cakes EXACTLY.
How much of a deposit is required when ordering a custom cake?
When placing your order for a custom cake, we require a non-refundable 50% deposit. Please note your custom cake order will not be fulfilled if you do not pay your deposit. The balance is due when the cake is picked up. We do accept credit cards over the phone and are able to email or text you the receipt for your convenience.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we deliver within 15 miles of our store. We do require a $25 minimum purchase for delivery.
What if I need to cancel my order?
Store credit may be issued if order is not in process. In the event the order is already in process unfortunately we are unable to cancel or refund the order.
What if I don't like what I purchased?
We rarely hear complaints about our products, which is why we’ve stuck around for 18 years. If you have concerns about a purchase, kindly return the product to us with your receipt on the next business day following your purchase. We do not offer refunds on returned products but may work with you on a store credit or product exchange.
What is your Refund Policy?
At Jazzy Cheesecakes, we take great pride in all of our products. We want all of our customers to be happy with their purchases. Since all of our baked products are made from scratch by real people, sometimes mistakes can happen. If we caused a problem with your order, we will do all we can to fix it; however, we do not offer refunds.
Do you need a receipt to pick up?
Yes we require a receipt at time of pick up, this can be a paper, email or text copy of the receipt. If you are sending a 3rd party to pick up please ensure they have a copy of your receipt.
