Do you deliver and ship?  How do those services work?

Answer: Yes, we offer delivery and shipping.

Delivery –  We offer delivery (for a fee) within a 20 mile radius of the store.

  • Delivery times may be limited or restricted to certain time windows.
  • Extended delivery (deliveries outside of normal delivery window) may be offered for an additional fee.  Please call store for pricing and availability.

Shipping – We offer shipping all over the continental United States {excludes Hawaii (HI), Alaska (AK), Puerto Rico (PR), Overseas Military Installtions (APO, FPO)}.  Prices vary.  Please call store for pricing and availability.

  • Please note certain items such as frosted cupcakes/cakes and cream pies are not available for shipping.

Can I pick up my order?

Answer: Yes, you can come to our store location and pick up any order in person during normal business hours.  We are located at 9402 Northlake West Drive Suite 102 Charlotte, NC 28216 (next to the Buffalo Wild Wings).

Do you offer alternatives for people with allergies or food restrictions?

Answer: Yes.  Currently we offer sugar-free, gluten-free, and low-carb options for an additional fee.  These items are special order and cannot be picked up on short notice.  Please place orders in advanced.

  • Please note we are not a nut-free facility.  Let us know if you have any food allergies at the time you place your order.

How much advance notice do you need to place a order?

Answer: We need 24-48 hours notice on all orders

How often do you offer new Specials?

Answer: Monthly

What are your delivery hours?

Answer: Delivery hours vary based upon availability. Give us a call for details.

Do you sell individual servings?

Answer: Yes, we offer individual servings of many of our products and other ready-to-go items in the store.  Stop in to see our selection during normal business hours.
